In July 1947, three Coaltoons crash landed in Roswell, New Mexico while on a maiden voyage in search for life on other planets. They were never heard from again.
Meanwhile, back on their home planet of Escopolis, the Coaltoons set out in search for answers and set their course once again from their home planet to return to Earth to investigate the disappearance of their three fellow Coals. This is their invasion!
COALTOONS NECKLACE INVASION

EXT. FARM – NIGHT – 1947 ROSWELL, NM
A cow is standing still in the night on a farm with a tree silhouetted purple blue haze night sky in the distance.
Appearing amongst the clouds is a UFO hovering above from side to side bouncing flashes of lights that reflects off the haze creating an apocalyptic atmosphere.
Slowly, a beam of light comes down and then transforms into repeated fast pulsating lights over the cow. Then suddenly, the cow and lights disappear for a moments pause. The air is still. The terror however is not yet over.
A flash of light appears out of nowhere bringing the surrounding environment dark as night. In the distance, the silhouetted trees are once again lit up by fast hypnotic pulsating lights.
A shadow reflecting off the haze and from the pulsating lights appears from above only to reveal, a Coaltoons Necklace. As quick as the Coaltoons Necklace appears, it suddenly vanishes back into the dark night sky.

In search of their fellow Coals that crash landed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947 while on a maiden voyage in search for life on other planets, the Coaltoons have spent a lot of time exploring Earth.
They’ve picked up a few interests along the way and decided to try to fit in while taking part in a 1967 Necklace Fashion Show.
