We want you to be happy with your purchase and shop with confidence. We do offer returns and exchanges, but please review the information below outlining our Returns and Exchange rules.
REFUNDS
To qualify for a Refund
- The item must have been purchased thru PayPal.
- Any purchases using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin do not qualify for a refund, but may qualify for an exchange.
- the item was not a final sale item
- the item has to be in its’ original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Request a refund by submitting an email to orders[at]coaltoons.com along with your name, order number, best contact number and the name of the item(s) that you are requesting a refund for.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # and a pre-paid shipping label. You will be responsible to take the necessary care and measures for shipping us back the returned item(s) ensuring that the item(s) get returned to us in the re-sellable condition.
- Once we receive your item(s), your refund will get refunded to the same method that was used to purchase the item(s) except for purchases made using cryptocurrencies.
EXCHANGES
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your item(s) in excellent condition free from defects. If your item is found to be defective, then we will offer you an exchange and send you a new one or comparable one or credit your account depending on if the item qualifies.
Note: Items such as our 3D Coaltoons Necklaces can be exchanged, but because they are one of a kind handcrafted originals, the replacement for this item will be different as these handcrafted originals are hard to replicate. This type of notice will be displayed on our items page. So please keep this in mind when requesting a replacement.

OR - the item is found to be defective (if requesting an exchange on a defective item, we take care of the shipping costs)
OR - the item has to be in its’ original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
- If requesting an exchange for a different item that is higher in value, you pay the difference and you are responsible for the new taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges.
- If requesting an exchange for a different item that is lesser in value, we pay you back the difference and you are responsible for the new taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

STORE CREDIT
There are some circumstances that we will present you with the option for a store credit. An example would be if you are wanting to exchange your item for a different item, but that item may be on backorder.
